Wild Ginger Kombucha Miso Dressing

Ingredients:
3 to 4 tbsp (45 to 60 mL) wild ginger kombucha from Wild Kombucha YYC
2 tbsp (30 mL) gluten-free genmai miso paste
1 tbsp (15 mL) gluten-free tamari
2 tsp (10 mL) garlic infused oil or sesame oil
1 garlic clove, finely grated (optional)
Method:
Whisk together kombucha, miso paste, tamari, oil and garlic (if using).
Pour onto salad and toss with salad spoons. Serve immediately and enjoy.
